Albert Kirkland Wins District 3

albert-kickland-jp-congratAlbert Kirkland won the District 3 Commissioner seat in Dothan, Alabama last night.  He will be signed in at the next Commissioner meeting replacing the vacant seat Paul Lee left after being elected for Alabama House of Representatives.  Congratulations on the victory.  Now the work begins for District 3 in Dothan, AL.
